We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Tirupati Foods and Caterers Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality food standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of kitchen staff and coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
- Order supplies and equipment, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, and ensure a safe working environment.
We specialize in South Indian, East Indian, Vegetarian, and International cuisine. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of these cuisines and be able to lead our team in creating innovative and delicious dishes.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations.

$62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience.
