About the Role:

As an Estates Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, settling, and taxing client estate accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare client estate accounts for settlement
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial industry, preferably in estates or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
