Corporate Real Estate Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Real Estate Specialist to join our team at Equinix. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate team, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations of our corporate real estate, including vendor and contractor coordination, oversight of the copy and mail room functions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Real Estate Specialist, you will:
- Act as project team lead for conference center room booking and setup
- Manage multiple complex projects that extend beyond office moves
- Independently plan, organize, and manage project budgets
- Responsible for maintaining vendor purchase orders and tracking budget
Operations
You will be responsible for creating monthly tracking metrics and reports for vendors, and day-to-day cost associated with budget. You will also oversee ergonomic assessments and ensure proper desk setups, identify and suggest possible improvements to processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction, and ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
Vendor Assistance
You will supervise contractors for maintenance and improvements, including electrical, audio/visual, security, cabling, janitorial, plumbing, utilities, and HVAC. You will also provide direction and information to vendors, service providers, and Corporate Real Estate staff as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption.
Business Continuity
You will work with the safety team lead to ensure annual fire drills, safety awareness, emergency supplies, and regular safety training. You may also act as lead in maintaining emergency supplies and life and safety evacuation process.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
