Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Administration Specialist to join our Operations team at Aviso Wealth. As an Estate Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and settling client estate accounts, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and prepare estate accounts for settlement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MFDA and IIROC rules and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve estate-related inquiries and issues
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial industry, preferably in estates, registered plans, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
