Lifestyle Sunrooms Inc. is seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of managing the company's finances while contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Manage cash flow and forecasting, developing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
* Work with department heads to monitor performance and identify areas for financial improvement.
* Oversee and responsible for Finance and IT.
* Manage preparation and support of all external audits.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
* VP of Finance, Director, CFO or an equivalent senior financial role.
* Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
* Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
* Knowledge with technology integration, leveraging financial technologies to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities through ERP or AI.
* Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
