About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menu plans that align with our brand's culinary vision and appeal to our target market.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.

Financial Management

Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and local advertising.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
