Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.

Team Leadership

Conduct performance reviews, provide guidance and support to team members, and lead by example to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and terms.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

About You
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
