Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to create visually appealing treats.
- Ensure product quality meets established standards by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances with care and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Rashmi's Bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be working in a bakery setting with a focus on producing high-quality baked goods. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
