Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Bakery Specialist to assist our Pastry Chef in preparing and decorating cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and decorating, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Prepare special orders with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with creativity and precision.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding work.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
