Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes and pastries that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to perfection.
- Prepare special orders for customers with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform repetitive tasks.
Rashmi's Bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail and a passion for baking. As a Cake Decorator, you will be working in a bake shop setting, surrounded by the sights and smells of freshly baked goods.
LanguageThe primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 30 to 44 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
