Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Lazio Italian Bakery and Deli. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient workflow
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 32 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
