Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Lazio Italian Bakery and Deli.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and sweet goods according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a repetitive task environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
