Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Interforce International Security and Investigations. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate and schedule work assignments for security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
Maintenance and RepairArrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on security equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
Client SupportAssist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their safety and security.
Emergency ResponseBe the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Team ManagementSupervise and train security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Reporting and CompliancePrepare and submit regular reports on security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Criminal Record Check
A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
Personal QualitiesWe are looking for a candidate with excellent client focus, initiative, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language required for this position.
