Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Canam Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Security Operations: Develop and implement effective schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and response to emergency situations.
- Supervise and Train Security Personnel: Provide guidance and training to security staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to handle various situations.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Prepare Reports and Progress Updates: Compile and submit regular reports and progress updates on security operations, incidents, and other relevant matters.
- Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response to minimize risks and consequences.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License and meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
