About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at RBG Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Oversee the daily operations of our security team, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our security officers, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents in a professional and effective manner, ensuring that our clients and employees are protected.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our security team.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our security team is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
