Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at RBG Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of our clients and employees.
- Develop and Implement Security Protocols: Create and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Monitor and Report Security Incidents: Investigate and report any security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Availability: Must be available for shift or on-call work.
