About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at RBG Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services with other business functions.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
