We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to lead a critical project focused on enhancing cybersecurity readiness.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, coordinating multi-departmental efforts, and ensuring the achievement of program milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a detailed plan addressing cybersecurity audit recommendations.
  • Establish and lead project governance, ensuring consistent oversight and accountability.
  • Coordinate and facilitate planning sessions, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, recording action items, and establishing action plans.
  • Manage cross-departmental efforts to ensure effective implementation and alignment across business lines.
  • Oversee issue and risk prioritization, track progress, and facilitate resolution processes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with third-party solution providers to resolve project-related issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Director.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity program management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in developing project plans, preparing reports, facilitating workshops, and creating deliverable documentation.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
