We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to provide leadership, direction, and support to all easyhome stores within their portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving consistent growth in results and brand for easyhome.
Job SummaryThis multi-faceted leadership role contributes significantly to the bottom line by owning the hiring, development, and retention of talent and managing the broader team's performance through expert management practice.
Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction- Ensure Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service levels to both external and internal customers, ensuring a positive experience that drives loyalty and retention.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect.
- Adhere to Customer Retention Procedures: Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Store Merchandising: Ensure showrooms are merchandised and tagged with proper price and promotional tags, and work with managers to maintain the desired product mix.
- New Associate Training: Ensure new associates are efficiently trained, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Appraisals: Ensure associates receive on-time performance appraisals and corresponding merit and/or promotional increases.
- Employee Development: Assist Store Managers with employee development and resolving disciplinary issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Regular Communication: Communicate regularly with store management teams and ensure compliance with the Workplace Mutual Respect policy.
- Turnover Reduction: Work with store managers to minimize turnover and make informed hiring decisions.
- Succession Planning: Partner with HR to execute and support human resources programs through succession planning, employee relations, recruitment, training, and development of associates.
- Manage District Budget: Manage district budget to drive profitability, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve Sales, Operating Income (SOI), net and gross margins, and other revenue percentages to plan.
- Labor Cost Control: Control region labor dollars, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Fees and Discounts: Monitor fee income, gain on sale, maintenance charges, promotions, and discounts, ensuring optimal pricing strategies.
- P&L Management: Ensure store managers monitor and make necessary adjustments to the Profit and Loss Statement.
- Charge-offs: Maintain charge-offs below 2.5% of revenue, minimizing losses.
- Store Performance Monitoring: Monitor Store Market Rate Return (SMRR) and Average Purchase Amount (APA), developing action plans to grow or correct deficiencies.
- Pricing Standards: Ensure stores adhere to term and pricing standards, recommending resolution of store pricing needs.
- Local Marketing: Develop, guide, and monitor local store marketing efforts, promoting brand awareness and driving sales.
- Referral and Incentive Programs: Ensure all company referral and incentive programs are in place and properly executed, encouraging customer loyalty.
- Customer Growth Goals: Set and communicate regional goals for customer growth, driving expansion and retention.
- Lease-Building Programs: Monitor and ensure the accurate execution of all company lease-building programs, optimizing revenue streams.
- Store Operations Monitoring: Monitor month-to-month store operations, accounts receivable, and collections in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Customer Retention Goals: Set, communicate, and monitor customer retention goals and activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Audits: Audit stores on a timely basis to ensure compliance and execution of company policies and procedures, including prevention, safety, security, marketing/merchandising programs, and store appearance.
- Fixed Assets: Maintain and monitor fixed assets to standard, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Capital Expenditures: Recommend potential capital expenditures, aligning with company objectives.
- Store Opening and Closing Standards: Monitor and ensure compliance with established store opening and closing standards, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with established policies and governmental laws and regulations, minimizing risks.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, an annual incentive plan, benefits, and growth opportunities.
