We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Continental Design & Building Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, aligning with our mission and vision.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and goal achievement.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
