We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Aerosports Trampoline Park. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure employee growth and development.
- Event Management: Manage events and activities to promote business growth and engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
