Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Lead and manage senior staff positions, including department heads and directors.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Make informed decisions that align with company goals and values.
    • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Team Development and Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure team success.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
    • Experience
      • At least 1 year of experience in a senior management role.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
      Working Conditions
      • Work Environment
        • 35 hours per week.
