We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Continental Design & Building Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Leadership: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, team player, and attention to detail.
- Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
