Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of materials, human capital, and financial resources.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound judgement.
