  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
