Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Office Operations: Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, order office supplies, and ensure a smooth day-to-day office operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Organized, team player, accurate, and reliable.
