Job Title: Business Development Officer

At EXCELLENCY SERVICES INC, we seek a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, supervising staff and students, administering programs to promote business investment, performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, and providing consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies to promote business investment and economic growth.
  • Supervise professional and support staff and students to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and report writing.
  • Plan development projects to enhance business growth and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment.
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they meet business standards.
  • Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows is essential.
