Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Courtyard Marriott Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, administering programs, and planning development projects to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Administer programs to support business development and growth
  • Plan and implement development projects to meet business needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
