Job Summary

FOLMA INCORPORATED is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing policies, administering programs, and planning development projects to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures to support business growth and development
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Plan and execute development projects to drive economic growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and community organizations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business development
  • Provide consultation and support to businesses on planning and starting new ventures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
