Requirements:
  • Clear & Updated Vulnerable Sector Check (Within Last Six Months)
  • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Car in Community Homecare is Required
  • Up to Date TB Test Within Last 2 Years
  • Must Have Your Own:
    • Stethoscope
    • Blood Pressure Cuff and Sphygmomanometer

Shift Requirement: 2-10pm

Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis (Optional), Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the Community.
