Job Description

As a Service Delivery Implementation Consultant at SAP Concur Canada, you will play a critical role in helping our customers activate their spend management and automation solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and account teams, to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on Concur solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our implementation processes and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience working with multiple software systems and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Concur solutions, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective solutions for our customers.
