Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional service to our clients by managing multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring project timelines are met, and addressing customer issues effectively.

You will work closely with sales teams and account teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations, while being flexible and adaptable to the changing requirements of the delivery team.

Your success will be measured by your ability to refine your skills in customer service and consulting, collaborate with leaders and innovators, and hone your technical aptitude to empower clients to streamline their processes.

This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The targeted combined salary range for this position is $53,500 - $110,600 CAD per year, depending on education, skills, experience, location, etc.
