Job Description

As a Service Delivery Consultant at SAP, you will play a critical role in helping our customers activate their spend management and automation solutions to realize value quickly. This requires creativity, persistence, and an intrinsic passion for building simple solutions for complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage multiple, simultaneous implementations by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met and customer issues are addressed.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver process excellence.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and persuade customers to adopt the recommended solution.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams and account teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.
  • Be flexible and adapt favorably to the changing requirements/demands of the delivery team.
Requirements:
  • A self-motivated team player, ready to embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Able to effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Curious about customer use cases and processes and find satisfaction in creating solutions for them to become more efficient.
  • Always thinking of new ways to effectively serve customers and improve the implementation team's internal processes.
  • Resourceful and not afraid to try out-of-the-box approaches to resolve complex issues and/or anticipate customer needs.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing/service roles.
  • Experience in finance/accounting or project management.
  • Experience using Concur.

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 53,500 - 110,600 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
