Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with other departments, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Language: English.
