About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take and cancel room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, respond to their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
