About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures
  • Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process group arrivals and departures, and manage room reservations
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays and room assignments
  • Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest safety
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluency in English
