About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out

Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.

Guest Services

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including room amenities, dining options, and local attractions.

Complaint Resolution

Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Front Desk Operations

Process guest requests, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Cash Handling and Inventory

Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other front desk staff to ensure seamless guest service and efficient front desk operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
