Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-In/Check-Out
    • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
    • Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Investigate complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
    • Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
