Academic Leader for Human Resources School

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Leader to join our team as the Associate Dean for the School of Human Resources. In this role, you will provide academic leadership and management of the School, working collaboratively with the Dean and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and management of the School, including supervision and direction to faculty, managers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the School, aligning with the College's academic plan.
- Lead the review, development, implementation, and quality assurance of new and existing programs and initiatives.
- Ensure a focus on access, equity, and inclusion in delivering high-quality, student-focused programming.
- Lead workload and workforce planning for the School, determining faculty teaching and complementary function assignments.
- Develop and monitor the School's operating budget, ensuring fiscal accountability for all funding sources.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree required; Doctorate Degree preferred.
- Relevant post-grad degree and experience in education, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Minimum nine (9) years of experience in education, including management/leadership experience.
- Demonstrated administrative/leadership experience, including budget management and human resources.
