About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VIP Concierge Host to join our team at Live Nation Canada, Inc.


Job Summary:


The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for all guests, understanding their needs, and recommending various spaces throughout the venue to enhance their experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Understand guest requirements and suggest suitable areas within the venue
  • Assist in the nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the venue and event night details to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead and direct guests to various areas of the venue in a personalized and inclusive manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate information regarding guests
  • Perform opening and closing tasks as required
  • Fulfill other job-related duties as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with VIP hospitality or concierge experience being a significant asset
  • Strong preference given to candidates with prior sales experience in retail or hospitality environments
  • Proficiency in using a reservation system, with familiarity with SevenRooms being a strong advantage
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service skills and maintain attention to detail
  • Possess a confident and passionate attitude, with a balance of respect and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and execute competing priorities while remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Benefits and Compensation:


Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience


Livings in Toronto with excellent public transport links.
With up to two weeks paid vacation. Please note that these figures are estimates and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.


Work Environment:


The successful candidate will be required to sit for extended periods, stand, and walk throughout the day. They will also use computers and office equipment regularly, lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, and work in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
