WHO WE'RE SEEKING:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tour Ambassador to join our team at SilvertonCasino in the Stockyards area of Fort Worth. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for history, communications, and the western lifestyle. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting attractions and events in the Stockyards, and sharing knowledge with visitors. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, reflecting the company values and aesthetic, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guest Experience
    Demonstrates exceptional service contributing to an environment of genuine customer engagement
    Enhances every customer's experience through organic interaction and communication
    Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
    Promotes attractions and events in the Stockyards through staying current on Stockyards calendar through partnership with leaders and posted communication
    Actively shares knowledge with visitors demonstrating awareness of current events, activations and general information
  • Operations
    Partners with leaders and team to achieve goals
    Upholds all Company policy and procedures.
    Provide accurate and appropriate historical information on daily walking tours
    Announces the 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cattle Drives to the public

Must Haves:
Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills required.
A deep love for the western lifestyle with a modern twist in the most beloved area of Fort Worth
Background in history
Knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards
Flexible schedule
Second language is a plus
