Job DescriptionRole Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team for an exclusive luxury fashion event at a prestigious venue. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation, and ensuring a memorable experience for our VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional in-store experience for VIP clients.
  • Actively promote cross-selling and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the brand and products to effectively assist clients.
  • Ensure high standards for shop floor appearance and visual displays.
Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work full-time.
  • Availability for the entire event period and schedule.
  • Previous experience with VIP-level brands as a Sales Associate or Brand Ambassador is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
