VIP Customer Experience Manager

The RoleWe're looking for a talented individual to join our VIP department as a VIP Host to coordinate relationships with high-value customers in the Ontario market.
- This role will drive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty for our Sportsbook and casino products by creating, executing, promoting events, and managing budgets.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure optimal VIP player journeys and processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and VIP Director teams to develop monthly and quarterly execution plans and track results.
- Meet with internal VIP operations teams and stakeholders to drive new launches and projects.
- 2+ years of experience in high-end customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business-to-customer sales experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of the online gaming industry is essential.
- A passionate and results-driven approach to providing exceptional service.
- Data analytics skills and ability to recognize trends.
- Strong organization and event planning skills.
- Confident and people-focused personality.
- Analytical skills and experience with Excel.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours and travel up to 25% of the time.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,900 CAD, dependent on relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
