About the Role

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for compiling data, typing correspondence, and greeting clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Determine and establish office routines and procedures.

Administrative Support

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, type and proofread documents, and maintain inventory levels.

Client Relations

Greet clients and direct them to relevant service areas.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative setting.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.

What We Offer
