Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Brooks Grocery. This role is responsible for establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining inventory.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for compiling data, typing correspondence, and greeting clients.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Determine and establish office routines and procedures.
Administrative SupportAnswer telephone calls and relay messages, type and proofread documents, and maintain inventory levels.
Client RelationsGreet clients and direct them to relevant service areas.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative setting.
Work Hours35 hours per week.
