Brooks Grocery is seeking an experienced and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The Support Services Coordinator will provide a wide range of administrative tasks including determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and relaying messages. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.

About You

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role who is highly organized and able to multitask. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts
  • Greet customers and direct them to relevant service areas or contacts
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
