Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13466566 Canada Inc. as a key member of our food service operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Inventory Management and ReportingEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Administrative TasksPrepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to management.
Work Environment and Requirements- Work Environment
Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Work TermPermanent position with a regular schedule.
Work LanguageEnglish language proficiency required.
Hours of Work35 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
