Regional Sales Manager for Builder and New Homes Sales

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Regional Sales team in driving growth and increasing market share in the Builder and New Homes Sales space. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, realtors, and other key stakeholders to increase mortgage referrals and drive business results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our National Builder Development team and make a significant impact on our sales strategy. You will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a national model while adapting to regional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, realtors, and other key stakeholders to increase mortgage referrals and drive business results.
  • Lead and coach MMS colleagues to provide exceptional service on builder sites, including pipeline management, advice-giving strategies, customer solutions, and sourcing new opportunities.
  • Contribute to TD's real estate secured lending success as a brand ambassador at new homes industry-related events to build positive relationships with new and existing builders and new home sales brokerages.
  • Deepen high-value builder and realtor relationships by establishing recurring connections with builder owners, new home sales brokerages, and their respective employees to source new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Seasoned professional with an undergraduate degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience leading teams in distribution channels and people management.
  • Visionary leader with demonstrated experience of effective coaching and relationship building with centers of influence.
  • Strong knowledge and established relationships in the new home sales industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen, ability to influence and effectively communicate change.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a national model and adapt to regional needs.
