  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide customer service to ensure exceptional experiences and drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage events to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
