We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional - Food and Beverage Service to join our team at City Experiences in Toronto.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests onboard. They will be responsible for greeting tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and coworkers
  • Greet tables within two minutes of guests getting settled
  • Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Follow steps of service
  • Liaise with kitchen, manager, asst. manager to resolve service and food issues, substitutions, or difficult guest
  • Assumes responsibility for assigned areas and assists team members with their assigned areas whenever necessary
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
  • Must be able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to guests and coworkers
  • Must possess a service orientation – actively looking for ways to help others
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
