About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary operations at The Well. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Food and Beverage program, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Food and Beverage professionals, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Scheduling and Workforce Planning: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for both Tonic Bar and Tonic House operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Effectively manage time and resources to drive after-hours success at Tonic House's cocktail bar, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory tracking of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient use.
  • Concept and Menu Development: Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to craft a long-term vision for Tonic House, incorporating seasonal promotions, menu specials, and brand partnerships.
  • P&L Management: Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to achieve monthly financial performance goals, including profitability, cost control, and sales growth.

About You:

  • Proven track record in managing complex F&B or retail businesses with multiple revenue streams.
  • Experience training and managing teams with diverse skillsets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance data and intuition in decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
